I love the shape of this sugar bowl and also that it has a lid. The lid does not have notch to accommodate a sugar spoon. The mouth of the bowl is also pretty small so one has to be careful in spooning out the sugar. Overall I'm very happy with it.

I just love the blue agate pottery. The big bread bowl is my favorite.
This sugar bowl is a practical size but I just wish the bowl had a little lip / handle on the edge. Something a little more than just the rim. I am afraid that one of these days I'm going to drop it when I take it out if the cabinet.

I had the cream pitcher from years ago and wanted to have a set for myself. It is and substantial as is all the items I have ordered. I LOVE LOVE LOVE the blue agate!

It's absolutely adorable! This is my second one, so professional, the lid fits perfectly
would reopen because I miss visiting there when I'm staying in Vermont. I've had several pieces shipped to me and I've never once dealt with any problems.
