Shipping Delivery in 4-10 Business Days

Our goal is to get your order to you as quickly and economically as possible. In-stock items normally ship within 48 hours, except during our annual holiday shutdown, which is generally from December 24th through the first week of January. Orders placed during our holiday break are scheduled for prompt delivery as soon as we return from vacation. We appreciate your patience and believe that this holiday break allows our potters to rejuvenate their minds and bodies for the upcoming year.

We ship via FedEx Ground because our experience has shown FedEx to provide the best track record for safe transit, at a reasonable rate. Packages will generally arrive withing 4-10 business days, depending on your "SHIP TO" location.

If you would like to confirm that an item is currently in stock, please call toll-free 800-205-8033 x10. Please keep in mind that we specialize in handmade pottery and, as such, typically don't have large inventories on hand. Whenever possible, early orders are appreciated and will increase the likelihood that all your items are available.

Rush Delivery

If you need to get an order delivered faster than FedEx Ground (4-10 business days), we offer Rush Delivery, which will generally arrive within 3-5 business days. Shipping rates will be provided during CHECKOUT, based on the total dollar amount of your order.

Sales Tax

Internet Sales Tax depends on two factors; the location of the business and the order's "SHIP TO" address. Sales Tax is required when the "SHIP TO" address is to the same state that the business is located. So, since Bennington Potters is located in Vermont, any order placed online and shipped to Vermont, will require Vermont State Sales Tax.

Returns and Exchanges

We want you to be happy with your Bennington Potters purchase. If that's not the case, we'll work hard to make things right.

If you'd like to return or exchange an item, please use our Returns Form enclosed with your merchandise, or print a new one from the link below, then FAX or mail it back to us. We'll follow up with a phone call to help with tips on packing heavy pieces and we'll provide return instructions.
