Best gifts to my relatively, recently, newly wed sons and their respective wives. I kind of "sprang" Bennington wares on them in their married lives, but the gifts were happily received. Both remember visiting the pottery on our way home from summer camping trips in northern VT.

I have green and black oval omelet plates that get daily use, as they're perfect for lunch or light meals. I have some 2 quite old white Bistro Bowls from the days when I had white oval plates, but they don't look nice with the dark green and black. Please, please... make the bowls in green and black/black and green so I can justify buying more omelet plates to match.

My husband bought me four bistro bowls and oval plates for my birthday. We have made a deal to each make something creative each week for the bistro bowls for dinner. The blue agate is a fun color, different from anything else I have. But it's always good to expand one's horizons, right? And beside the fun, I love the quality.

I have several pieces of Bennington pottery. One of the oldest pieces I have from years ago is the Wedding Bowl. I use it on the center of our table and it looks gorgeous filled with apples, or gourds, and at Christmas with greens pine cones and berries. I just love it all.

Bring back black on slate or black or white. I've had 4 for 20 years and broke one recently. These are the best for soup or chili and so much more!
