ABOUT US
"We would never have gotten this level of service from a company in China...We feel very lucky to have discovered Bennington Potters on our trip to New England in June. The pottery was a perfect gift for our wedding registry. We are lifelong customers and can't wait to come back up to the store for another visit!"

Caught!

The floorboards creaked as I got close! She knew I was there! It never failed. I couldn't sneak in to see the collection without being caught. I'd never seen anything like it before. Probably never would again. I took any opportunity to sneak a peek at them. She must have collected them for years. I had my favorites of course. My sisters Meggy and Theresa each had theirs. She was patient about letting us look for as long as we liked, but I always felt guilty about keeping her too long from her chores. Sighing, I settled in to stare longingly at my favorite stoneware salt and pepper shakers she displayed in the oak china closet! Viola next door was such a dear woman. Old Salty and Peppy are still some of my favorite salt and pepper shakers.
